Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 banana
- 1 cup vanilla soy or rice milk
Directions:
Take a ripened banana, peel and chop into bite sized chunks.
freeze overnight.
Add frozen banana to soy or rice milk and blend until thick
and creamy.
If using plain soy or rice milk, add 1/2 tsp of vanilla
extract.
