Jamie's Cinnamon Smoothie

Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 bananna (add 2 if you like bananas!!)
- 1 cup frozen rasberries
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- fruit juice (I prefer orange-carrot VRUIT)
- vanilla
- cinnamon to taste
- a bit of rice syrup, vegan maple syrup (or any other liquidy sweetener))
- 2-3 ice cubes
Directions:
Put all ingredients into a blender (add ice last) and
blend untill smooth. It tastes especially good with
lots of cinnamon!! Variation: add barley malt instead
of syrup. One fresh peach tastes is a delicious
addition, as well.
Great for a breakfast or for an after-dinner treat!
Serves: about 2-3
