Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 5 cups gluten flour
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 large onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- garlic cloves
Directions:
Put the soy sauce, onion, garlic salt and cloves in a blender first
and then
combine with the water. Add liquid to the flours working it quickly to form a
large loaf. Cut into three pieces and wrap tightly in
plastic wrap and freeze. When needed, thaw until able to
easily slice into steaks or you may thinly slice for stir
fry, cube up or whatever you like. Boil for 1 hour in
water and soy sauce.
