Portobello Burgers

Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- One portobello mushroom per burger, destemmed and cleaned
- Olive oil
- Crushed garlic
- Black pepper
- Your favourite burger fixings (bun, vegan mustard, onions...)
Directions:
Crush as much garlic as you like into a tablespoon or two
of olive oil, and grind in pepper to taste. Brush this on
top of each mushroom and broil them for a few minutes, or
until they look done. Slap onto a bun and go crazy with
the fixings!
