Lima Bean/Cabbage Soup

Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 2 cups dried lima beans, soaked and simmered 45 minutes
- 1 16 ounce package shredded cabbage and
- 1 onion, chopped
- several colves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup vegan white wine
- 1.5 quarts water or stock
- 1 tablespoon chicken flavor vegetarian broth mix
- 2 teaspoons saltfree lemon pepper
- 2 teaspoons mixed dried italian herbs
Directions:
Made this Saturday, really good!
Simmer for 30 minutes or so. Cook about 10 ounces pasta twirls or
squiggles, add to soup.
