Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- red pepper hummus
- sliced cucumber
- sliced red onion (if desired)
- cut up endive
- tomato basil Wraps or any flavor will do
Directions:
Just spread with desired amount of
hummus on wrap. Put cucumbers and rest
of veggies on Roll it as an enchilada
and enjoy. You can put any veggies
you like on this one.
Serves as many as you want to make.
Serves: Unlimited
