Karendipity's Yummy Tomato Sandwich

Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 2 slices of whole wheat vegan bread
- 2 slices of tomato
- vegan cream cheese
- sunflower seeds or other chopped nuts
- seasoning salt to taste
Directions:
Toast vegan bread. Smother both slices of bread
generously with vegan cream cheese and sprinkle
with sun flower seeds and/or nuts. Sprinkle a
generous amount of seasoning salt and put one on
each slice of vegan bread. Close the sandwich and
enjoy! (You may want to cut this sandwich in
half if you slice the tomatoes very thick).
Serves: 1
