Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 cup green beans
- 1 cup wax beans
- 1 cup kidney beans
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 3/4 cup vegan sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
I haven't made this, but it looks like the standard recipe. (The
beans would be canned or cooked then drained) I've also seen chickpeas
in this salad.
