Mandarin Orange Salad

Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- romaine lettuce
- mandarin oranges
- chopped walnuts or sliced almonds
- Ken's Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette dressing
Directions:
Wash and pat dry the romaine lettuce leaves. Put
leaves on separate salad plates. Drain mandarin
oranges and place on top of lettuce leaves.
Sprinkle on nuts. Let each person add the
desired amount of dressing.
Serves: 4-6
Preparation time: ten minutes
