Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- romaine lettuce
- cherry tomatoes
- pear (make sure it's soft - it tastes better when it's juicy)
- red onion
- chopped hazelnuts
- firm tofu (I use feta cheese, but tofu is good with it too)
- Briannas Homestyle Strawberry Blush vegan wine Vinaigrette Dressing (if you can't find it, use any kind of strawberry (or raspberry) vinaigrette dressing
Directions:
I don't know the exact quantity of each ingredient. I just use whatever I have, you could just figure it out.)
Chop up the romaine lettuce.
Chop the pear in little, bite-size pieces.
Chop the red onion finely.
Put in large bowl, along with cherry tomatoes and chopped
hazelnuts.
Crumble up the tofu and add to bowl.
Mix together with salad tongs (or your hands) and add the
salad dressing to your judgment
Enjoy!
(I recommend you find that dressing, it is amazing. I just discovered it a month ago.)
Serves: use judgement
