Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 cucumber sliced optionally
- 6-7 peppers
- some fresh chopped fennel
- 1 tablespoon sea salt
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
Directions:
First slightly bake the peppers on a hot-plate. Leave them
in a piece of paper covered with a plastic bag for an hour
to get soft and stewed. Then peel the peppers removing the
seeds and slice them. Mix with other ingredients and garnish
with some olives.
