Bishojo Burger

Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 sliced tomato
- handful sliced mushrooms
- handful sprouts
- 1/2 sliced haas avocado
- handful romaine lettuce
- 1 or 2 vegan black bean burgers
- 2-4 slices whole wheat or pumpernickel vegan bread
- dressing, if desired (hummus works)
Directions:
The thing that makes this sandwich so
good is the way you make the veggie
burger. Whatever kind you use, try to
grill, broil or use a convection or
toaster iron. I guess George Foreman
isn't totally useless. Wash and slice
the veggies while it cooks. Just
assemble the sandwich however you
want, although I suggest putting the
sprouts underneath stuff or they'll
fall all over the place. My L-O friend
adds Horizons organic vegan cheese to hers,
or feta, so it doesn't *have* to be
vegan.
(Bishojo in Japanese/Romanji
means "beautiful girls" - referring to
the fact that my roommate and I always
eat these after the gym)
Enjoy!

Preparation time: 10 minutes
