Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 2 slices of multigrain vegan bread
- 1/2 half small plum tomato
- some slices of cucumber
- some slices of red onion
- alfalfa sprouts
- 1 tblsp non-hydrogenated vegan margarine
Directions:
Toast the vegan bread. Spread margarine on each
piece. Apply cucumber slices, tomato slices,
alfalfa sprouts, red onion. Enjoy!
