Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 whole wheat vegan pita bread, frozen
- pasta sauce from a jar
- shredded vegan mozerella cheeze
- vegan parmesan
Directions:
Cover a frozen whole wheat pita with sauce, shredded mozerella cheeze
and vegan parmesan. Place directly on rack of toaster or
conventional oven at 375 degrees until vegan cheese bubbles and
browns.
This is a great late night snack alternative to pre-
packaged frozen pizzas.
