Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 pkg ramen noodles
- 1/2 dried potato cubes
- almond "parmesan" (as much as you like!)
- dried cilanto, bazil, and/or oregano
Directions:
Boil water, and add the dried potato cubes. Cook 5 minutes
or until potatoes are tender (sometimes this takes up to 15
minutes!); then add the ramen noodles, and cook 3-5 minutes
longer. Drain, and toss with almond parmesan. Serve hot,
warm or cold (though it's better a little warm!)
This is one of those college recipes...
