Mushroom Oat Burgers

Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 2 onions - chopped finely
- 1 can mushroom soup - make sure it doesn't contain milk products
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Ener-G Ener-G Egg Replacer mixed with 2 tablespoon water
- (or for non-vegans, use 1 egg)
- 2 1/4 cup oatmeal
- 2 tablespoon soya sauce
- 1 can mushroom pieces (optional)
Directions:
1. Mix ingrediants until oatmeal is moist (may have to add
some soy milk or may have to add more oatmeal)
2. Shape into paddies and fry.
Interesting consistency --- but a nice alternative!
Serves: 10 burgers (?)
