Easy, Quick and Cheap Taco Salad

Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 lg. tomato
- lettuce (about 1/2 of the head. Oh, iceberg is better in this dish because its crispier.)
- 1/2 red onion, diced finely
- about 1 1/2 cups of tofu cheese
- about half a bag of tortilla chips, crushed
- 1 avocado, chopped
- 1 small jar of catillina or french dressing
- 1 can of pinto beans, rinsed
- 1 can of black beans, rinsed
- 1 can of kidney beans, rinsed
Directions:
Chop up all ingredients and put them into a med. size bowl.
Pour in all of the jar of dressing and toss.
Basically, this is a really GOOD meal that everyone so far has enjoyed.
Also, you can add all sorts of stuff if you had more time.
