Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- Chinese noodles
- soy sauce
- sesame oil (aromatic)
- hot oil
- cilantro (optional)
Directions:
Boil fresh Chinese noodles (in refrigerated section of grocery store)
until al dente. While still hot, toss with soy sauce, sesame oil
(aromatic), and hot oil. Taste and adjust the flavor. Garnish with
cilantro (optional) and serve chilled or at room temperature.
There are more elaborate ways to prepare this dish, but this is very
fast and tastes great.
