Erin's Original Homemade Spaghetti

Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 pound spaghetti
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon rosemary
- 1 tablespoon basil
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 7-10 fresh, chopped, mushrooms
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 large tomato, chopped
Directions:
To cook spaghetti, following directions on package. For sauce: In large saucepan, pour in
sauce from jar. Combine spices, and vegetables. Bring sauce to a boil, then let simmer on
low heat for 20-30 minutes. Serve hot, and Enjoy!
Serves: 4-5 plus leftovers
Preparation time: About 1 hour
