Benihana's Salad Dressing

Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup peanut oil
- 2 tablespoons vegan rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon chopped ginger root
- 1 tablespoon chopped celery
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons tomato paste
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vegan sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- dash salt and pepper
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process
until smooth. Makes 6 servings.

recipe book for my birthday so, here is the real one-and-only
behinana's ginger dressing straight from the guys in charge. I have
