Fresh Watermelon Salsa

Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 2 cups seeded and coarsely chopped watermelon
- 2 tablespoon onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoon water chestnuts, chopped
- 2-4 tablespoon Anaheim chilies, chopped
- 2 tablespoon baslsamic vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for at least an
hour. Makes 2 cups.
