Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 can garbanzo beans in water (drained).
- 2 tablespoon Tahini (Sesame paste)
- 3 cloves Garlic
- Lemon juice
Directions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Garnish humus with black olives and
paprika. Eat with Lebanese vegan bread. Enjoy.
