Guacamole

Ingredients (use vegan versions):

  • 15 lbs Avocado pulp
  • 6 lbs Diced Tomatoes
  • 3 lbs Diced Onions
  • 2 or 3 lbs Diced Chili peppers
  • 3 T pepper
  • 5 T salt
  • 3 T garlic powder
  • 1/4 C vegan Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 C Lemon juice
  • 1/4 C Tabasco sauce
  • 1/4 C Chili sauce
Directions:

This is a very large recipe so you may want to scale it down a bit.

Grind or mash the Avacados, Tomatoes, onions, and peppers. Mix in the rest.

That's it. You may want to experiment with the portions. I never followed the recipe exactly and sometimes produced a wonderful guac.
