Fresh Marinara Sauce

Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 carton grape or cherry tomatoes
- 3-4 cloves fresh garlic
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped basil
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions:
Heat the olive oil in a medium
saucepan. Chop the garlic and put it in
the pan, stirring until it is slightly
brownish. Add the tomatoes. When they
get hot enough, they will burst. After
they all burst, add the basil, stir,
and serve with your favorite pasta! It
is delicious because it is so fresh.
