Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- onion, however much you like
- lime juice, enough to cover the onions
- oil
- oregano
- salt
Directions:
Slice the onions, however much you're
using, into rings. Place them in a
little one serving bowl. Pour in fresh
squeezed lime juice, enough to cover
the onions. Then add a splash or two of
oil, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of
oregano. Be careful! Oregano is really
strong. Let it sit until the onions are
soft. You can blend if u want, but I
serve it as it is.
