Mango Salsa

Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 2 ripe mangos, peeled seeded, cut in chunks
- 2 apples (I use Royal Gala), unpeeled, in chunks
- 1 small onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded
- juice of 1/2 of lemon
- cilantro, to taste
- salt to taste
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a food
processor fitted with a metal blade.
Process until almost smooth. Chill
for about an hours for best taste.
Serve with tortilla chips. Will keep
in fridge for 4-5 days.
The garlic and onion flavors are
pretty strong...but it's so yummy.
