Aioli Mayonnaise

Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1/4 cup Veganaise brand vegan mayonnaise
- 1 large garlic clove, chopped
- 1-1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 small green onion, white part only, chopped
- 1 teaspoon rosemary (fresh), chopped
- 1 tablespoon parsley (fresh), chopped
- 1 tablespoon pepper
Directions:
Process mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, green
onion and rosemary in food processor until finely
minced and well blended, about 45 seconds.
Transfer to small bowl and add parsley and pepper
to taste, and stir to blend. Cover and
refrigerate.
I use this on sandwiches all the time, it's great!
