Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- Swanson Vegetable broth
- Salt
- Pepper
- Savory
- Thyme
- Rosemary
- Garlic
- Parsley
- Cornstarch
- Onion
Directions:
Pour can of Vegetable broth into pan.
Add desired seasonings - put in different kinds, you can also add thinly sliced onions.
Let simmer. The longer you can let it simmer, the more flavorful it becomes.
In a bowl with 1/3 c water, add 1 Tablespoon of cornstarch and mix until smooth. Add to
vegetable broth.
Bring to boil while stirring often. Thicken to your liking by adding more cornstarch.
**I have always loved gravy and missed it when I became a veggie - I came across this on a
whim and it is Incredible.
