Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup fresh dill
- juice from 1/2 a lemon
- 4 garlic cloves (more or less to your taste)
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 2 cans garbanzo beans
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
The herbs must be fresh.
Removing the stems from the cilantro, blend everything
except for garbanzo beans together. Then add the garbanzo
beans and blend until smooth. Adjust amounts to taste. I
made this last night, and I love it! It goes great on
sandwiches with tomato slices.
Serves: 8
