Green Chutney

Ingredients (use vegan versions):

  • 1 teacup chopped coriander leaves (cilantro)
  • 4 chopped cilantro leaves
  • 2 tablespoon grated fresh cocunut or peanuts or almonds
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 small clove of garlic (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon raw vegan sugar
  • salt accordingly
Directions:

Blend all the ingredients in a liquidiser/blender adding 5 tablespoons of water.

Serves: 1 cup
