Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 4 medium Haas avocados (finely diced)
- 1 tomato (finely diced)
- 1/3 cup diced onion
- 1 tb spoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 fresh chopped cilantro
- Serrano peppers, garlic salt, salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
In a large bowl mix all ingredients until desired
consistency. (Authentic mexican guacamole is chunky.) Enjoy!
