Pak Choy with Mushrooms

Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 2-4 mushrooms (with stem removed and cut into thin slices)
- about 3 pak choys (White Cabbage) cut in half
- soy sauce
- salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon oil
- finely chopped ginger, just a litte bit not the whole ginger
- 1 clove garlic
- 1-2 sping onions fineley chopped
Directions:
First put oil into wok and when oil is hot, add ginger, garlic, sping onion. Add the
pak choys
stirring frequently. Add salt, mushrooms, soy sauce and mix. Serve hot.
Serves: 2
