Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 med onion
- 5 to 6 nos. potatoes
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon caynne pepper
- 4 teaspoon cooking oil
- salt to taste
Directions:
Wash, Cook and peel the potatoes. Mash them and keep it
aside. Chop up onions. Heat the oil in a wok and add the
onions to saute till golden and crisp. Add the frozen peas
and stir for a minute. Add the mashed potatoes, turmeric
powder, caynne pepper & salt. Stir them to blend in all the
ingredients.Cook uncovered for approx. 15 minutes on very
slow fire, till potatoes turn crisp. Serve with vegan bread or
rice.
