Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 lb. tofu
- green onions
- ginger
- soy sauce
Directions:
Cut the tofu into half, let it stand for a couple of minutes to let some water to run, chop
green onions, mince the ginger. Put the tofu in a bowl, decorate with the green onion and the
ginger. Put soy sauce on the top
Serves: 2
Preparation time: 5 min.
Nutrition Information: low in fat, lots of protein
