Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 cup soymilk (I use vanilla soymilk)
- 1/3 cup frozen berries (any!)
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- 2 tablespoon extra firm tofu
- 1/2 banana
- 1 carrot, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy protein powder
Directions:
I find this smoothie to be filling and
delicious. It's especially quick if
you chop the carrot the night before.
Just put everything into a blender and
wait until smooth. The banana
provides the perfect amount of
sweetness, and the soy and flaxseed
add protein. Enjoy!
