Ingredients (use vegan versions):

  • 3/4 cup soy yogurt, any flavour
  • 1/4 cup peaches
  • 1/2 cup mixed frozen fruit, such as mango, papaya, orange, pineapple
  • 1/4 cup frozen cranberries
  • 1 banana
Directions:

Throw everything in a blender. Mix on low for as long as desired, depending on if you want it chunky (that's me!) or perfectly smmoth.

Nutrition Information: About 300 calories per serving, and provides a HUGE! energy supply!
