Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 can of coconut milk
- 1 can of coconut cream
- capful of brandy (or to taste...)
- chocolate syrup to taste
- one shot of espresso, cooled
Directions:
Put all ingredients in the blender and mix. I
didn't measure the chocolate syrup.. just kept
adding it until it was chocolaty enough.
this is soooo good! I was experimenting at
Christmastime since I missed being able to drink
bailey's. came up with this recipe and was very
happy with it! Enjoy!
