Banana-Cocoa Smoothie

Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 3 or more whole frozen bananas
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- 1 rounded tablespoon all natural peanut butter
- about a cup of "Rice Dream" (rice milk) or vegan soymilk
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until
smooth. For extra sweetness add a date or two.
Serves: 1
Preparation time: about 5 min.
