Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 cup (8 oz) non fat vegan soymilk
- 1 banana cut into chunks and frozen
- 1.5 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions:
Put all ingredients into blender and blend! This
is so yummy and healthy, only about 200 calories!
