Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 cup coffee (expresso preferably)
- 1/2 cup vegan soymilk (I use White Wave creamer, works great)
- 1 tablespoon vegan sugar
- 2-3 tablespoon vegan chocolate syrup (optional for mocha)
- ice cubes
Directions:
Blend well and drink.
Serves: 2
