Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- One cup fruit: banana, berries, pineapple - whatever you desire
- One cup vegan soymilk
- 1/4 square tofu
- One teaspoon vegan sugar
Directions:
Add to blender and serve in tall glass. Yummy!
(Omit vegan sugar when using banana)
Serves: 2
Preparation time: 5 minutes
