Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 6 carrots
- 3 apples
- 2 oranges
- pinch of ginger (optional)
Directions:
This procedure is very simple. Juice everything together,
except ginger. Add ground ginger as a garnish. Voila, a
healthy filling breakfast, lunch or dinner.
