Banana Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 banana, sliced
- 3/4 cup crushed ice
- 1/4 cup water or vegan soymilk
- 3 scoops vanilla or fruit flavoured ice-soy (vegan ice cream)
- Vegetable Protein powder according to instructions on package
- Optional Ingredients (use vegan versions): Vitamin powders according to instructions
Directions:
1. Put everything in a blender. Be sure ice is crushed
before blending.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Drink and enjoy!! It's a filling and nutritious treat,
great for breakfast or just as a snack!!
