Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- Water
- mellisa (a common balm)
- flowers of laveander
- (Both: fresh is best, but tea from dehydrated herbs is good too)
- sweetener, if you like it.
Directions:
Boil the water and decant the herbs. So easy. Add a
sweetener and drink hot, or cool with ice. It's very
quieting and mild.
It heals nerves, it's good for sweet sleeping and colorful
dreams.
