Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 carrot
- segments of 1 orange
- few drops of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of vegan sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
- crushed ice to serve
Directions:
Cut the tomatoes and carrots into big pieces.
Add the orange segments, lemon juice, vegan sugar and 1/2 teacup of
water. Blend in a liquidiser. Strain.
Add salt and pepper.
Serve cold with crushed ice.
