Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1 frozen banana (or any frozen fruit)
- 3 heaping tablespoons of uncooked oatmeal
- 3 tablespoons of vegan maple syrup ( or to your taste)
Directions:
Put everything in blender and blend until smooth
Serves: 1
Preparation time: 3 minutes
