Vegan French Toast

Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 2 cups vanilla vegan soymilk
- 4-5 tablespoon flour
- 3 teaspoon vegan sugar
- dash of cinnamon
- vegan bread slices (your choice)
- vegan powdered sugar to taste
Directions:
Mix flour, milk, vegan sugar and cinnamon to form a batter. Dip
bread and fry in lightly greased pan until golden brown.
Sprinkle with vegan powdered sugar.
Serves: 4
