French Toast Tofu Sticks

Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 block firm tofu
- whole wheat flour
- whole grain flakes cereal (your favorite boxed breakfast variety)
- olive oil
- molasses
- soy sauce
Directions:
Press and drain the tofu. Slice into "sticks." Sprinkle
tofu with soy sauce; let it soak in.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Crush the cereal flakes
and mix with whole wheat flour. Coat the tofu sticks with
the flakes/flour and pan fry on each side 2 minutes.
Dip in molasses and it takes like French toast. The kids
love it!
Serves: 2-3
Preparation time: 15 min.
