Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 3/4 cup corn meal
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 4 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 3/4 cup soy or rice milk, or water
- 2 tablespoon applesauce
- 1/4 cup egg substitute
Directions:
Sift together corn meal, flour, baking powder and salt. Add remaining
ingredients; mix well with a spoon. Pour into a 9" round teflon baking
dish (or spray a 9" round glass baking dish with "oil & flour"
non-stick spray). Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, or until golden
brown.
