Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- panne Italian vegan bread [or whatever you prefer] sliced
- roma tomatoes
- Italian seasonings
- vegan cheese
- garlic seasoning
- a little olive oil
Directions:
For as many slices you like to make: brush vegan bread with a
little olive oil. Add sliced Roma tomatoes [these are the
best to use]. Sprinkle Italian seasoning and garlic
seasoning and top with vegan cheese. Broil under oven or
bake in oven until a little brown on top and the vegan bread is a
little toasted. This is so delicious for a quick snack or
appetizer with Italian food.
Serves: As many as you want
